Booking and Confirmation:

Bookings are to be made to our office by fax or email.

Deposit and Cancellation:

A deposit of 30% (thirty per cent) is requested, and the total package tour price for the booking should be paid at least 30 days (thirty days) prior to guest's arrival in Vietnam or starting date of the tour.

No cancellation charges are levied by Eco Tours, but many of our hotels and suppliers do charge for cancellation. Therefore our cancellation fees are:

Up to 14 days before arrival Full Refund

7 to 13 days 15% of total tour cost

4 to 6 days 40% of total tour cost

less than 4 days before arrival No Refund
